DELIVERY:

Gymeez The Fitness Shop offers FREE and FAST courier delivery with every supplement order. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes ALL orders to South Island and Rural Delivery addresses.

Equipment freight prices are often free nation-wide but can incur a charge depending on item. These charges can be discussed on enquiry.

Please note that we do not ship overseas or to P.O Box numbers. However we can ship to NZ Military based overseas. For other overseas orders we recommend you ship to a relative or friend within NZ and have them ship on for you.

Your order will be packed and shipped on the day as long as we receive your order before 3pm. To guarantee our fastest delivery times place your order before 9.30am. A signature will normally be required to receive the goods, so we recommend that you have your order sent to your place of work when possible. This will also ensure a faster delivery time.

Estimated Delivery times:

North Island 24 - 72 hours South Island 24 - 48 hours

If required we will send a confirmation email and invoice. Just make sure you tick the box provided.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Should you need to make a claim for any goods damaged or lost in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods by using the contact details at the top of the page or by calling our free phone number above.

We will be happy to replace the goods in question, or refund your account in full. There would be no extra charges for post under these circumstances.

Refunds or exchanges of unopened product not relating to lost or damaged goods in transit are at the discretion of Gymeez The Fitness Shop, and may include refunds, credits or exchanges depending on the circumstances. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
