Supplements Orders over $150.00 receive free delivery - Otherwise South Island orders under 5kg $4.00, over 5kg $6.00 - North Island Orders Under 5kg $5.00 over 5kg $7.00 Equipment freight prices are often free nation-wide but can incure a charge depending on item. These charges can be discussed on enquiry. Do you have a returns policy should I want to exchange of refund? We are happy to credit or exchange if you change your mind after purchasing a product from us. We are more than happy to refund faulty goods. A proof of purchase for credits and refunds is required. What do I do if a product is damaged during delivery? Give us a call immediately (during office hours) on 03 366 8057 should there be any damage to a product on arrival. Can I offer a separate delivery address (such as work) to the billing address? You will have a choice of whether the have your products delivered to your billing address or another specified delivery point. Is it possible to track an order once it has been despatched? Should your order not arrive within 5 working days then please check with us or your local depot if you are expecting an order - which is late - as the delivery company may be holding your order at the depot. Generally if you are not available to take delivery of your order - a card will be left notifying you that a delivery was attempted and where you can collect your order from. In the event you dont respond to the card within 7 days - your order will be automatically returned to Gymeez Your order will not be re-sent - unless an additional delivery charge is paid.
